1. The vehicle can be sold with an additional Mechanical warranty with Warranty Wise with additional fee
Workmanship Warranty – Campervan Conversion
1. Warranty Coverage
[North 55 Campers] warrants that all workmanship carried out as part of the campervan conversion will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of sale.
2. Remedial Action
If, during the Warranty Period, any defects in workmanship are discovered, the Converter will, at its sole discretion and expense, repair or rectify such defects within a reasonable timeframe. This warranty applies only to work completed by North 55 Campers and does not extend to any third-party modifications or installations performed after the sale.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or abuse of the vehicle or its components;
Failure to operate or maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions; (All Manufactures guides provided to Buyer at date of Sale)
Any fault arising from third-party equipment supplied or installed by others, including but not limited to electrical appliances, water systems, or mechanical parts;
Modifications or alterations made to the conversion after the date of sale without prior written approval from the Converter.
4. Manufacturer Warranties
Any equipment or appliances installed during the conversion are covered solely by the respective manufacturer’s warranties. North 55 Campers accepts no liability for failure or defects in third-party products.
